What a disappointment! After thrashing Pittwater 83-35 in round one, our Twos went down 47-69, 1/2 to 9 1/2 points in today's return match. Chris Carey's team had a draw .
Our Fours, Sixes and Sevens fared better, all having wins. The Fours defeated Dee Why 70-43, 10-nil; the Sixes defeated Balgowlah 62-56, 9 points to 1 and the Sevens beat Harbord 73-52, 8 points to 2 thanks to a huge win by Wes Taylor's team. The Sixes are still on top of their ladder and the Fours are still in the hunt, currently placed third to Willoughby Park and Forestville. Their section win may well come down to the final round when they meet the current leaders. Guess everyone was pleased to get home and out of the wind and cold (but it is now winter!).
