Men's presentation day and Dick Carey Bowlers of the year

On Saturday 5th February the presentations for the men's 2021 championships and the Dick Carey bowler of the year were held.  The presentations were delayed from December due the impact of COVID and the need to complete all competitions.

The joint winners of the Bowler of the year for 2021 were Vicki Bartrop, Di McBryde and Steven Goddard.  Congratulations to all 3!

Wilson Cheng joined an exclusive club by winning the George Welch trophy as Major Singles champion for a second time. Runner up was Peter Shlager

Rod Silber & Chris Carey took out the pairs.  Gallant runners up were Peter Shlager & Jim Barclay

Steven Goddard, Greg Smith & Wilson Cheng took out the triples.  Runners up were Alan Gersohn Michael Weiner & Wes Taylor.

Our fours winners were Cec Thompson, Chris Bergman, Steven Goddard and Greg Smith.  Runners up were Tony Wright, Ray Ryan, Graham Hancock and John Cummings.

The Handicap Singles winner was Michael Weiner who beat Ian Finlay in the final

Minor Singles champion was Ross Yates who beat Trevor Whitehead in the final

Handicap Pairs and Consistency Singles were not played due to Covid
