Cyril South Success at Killara

​​The Cyril South tournament is a grade 3-7, annual event hosted by Killara whereby 9 invited clubs play 3 rinks of triples on various dates against the "home" Killara team.   The four highest margin winning teams then go through to the semis (1v4 and 2v3) and the winners of these play off in the final for the trophy.  St Ives in the past has achieved great success in the tournament and we are, in fact, the current title holders.   
Our first round game against Killara was played on Wednesday 10th January and all three rinks won well to achieve a 75- 36 result - a plus 39 shot result.   Based on previous years this +39 shot margin result should easily assure us of a semi final spot later in the year.
